Are your ETO files up to scratch?
As the grant heads toward closeout, it's time to take a close look at the data that you're uploading to ETO.
Here's what your fully completed ETO record should contain:
-the student's demographic information (added when you first enter the student into ETO)
-the four intake TouchPoints (Intake, Eligiblity, Consent Form, WorkKeys)
-a Program Enrollment v2 TouchPoint that documents a student's progress through one or more programs of study
-detailed Case Notes
-the results of a completed Exit Survey
-Employment Status TouchPoints to document a student's wage and employment outcomes
To see all of a student's TouchPoints in one place, open the TouchPoints section of the sidebar, click "View Participant TouchPoints," and then select the student you want to view. Below is a screenshot of what this screen looks like for a complete record!
